MULTILAYER PLUMBING SYSTEM

The RIFENG Plumbing multilayer pipe is a pipe generation that unites the advantages of a plastic and metal pipe and offers a high degree of flexibility and toughness, coupled with high pressure and temperature resistance. The RIFENG Plumbing multilayer pipe consists of a inner and outer layer in between which there is a layer of overlap welded or butt welded aluminum, and the three layers are made to form a permanent structure by means of special bonding layers. The aluminum layer ensure that the pipe maintains its shape and prevent the oxygen penetration from the atmosphere.

Technical specification

Advantages:
• Entirely corrosion-resistant
• A barrier to the permeation of oxygen and light
• High bend flexibility and inherent stability
• Excellent hydrostatic stress performance

Compression connections:
This fittings allows for the connection of multilayer pipe. On the coupling ends, the union with the polyethylene inner tube is sealed by O-rings placed on the removable insert that is introduced into the fitting body and into the tube. The connection is tightened by the nut with wrench

Press connections:
Use special tools, phisically press a connection onto the pipe to make an impermeable connection or seal. RIFENG provide 4 different press fittings.
