15 years partnership Rifeng - SKZ

Until 2018, Rifeng has been a customer of SKZ-Testing GmbH for 15 years. It indicates that Rifeng has been focusing on product quality for all these years, and providing customers with market standards products which are inspected by authoritative testing and certification institute.

The Plastics Center (SKZ) provides independent services in the field of plastics technology for both the plastics industry and public sector clients. It was founded in Munich in 1961 and today it is regarded throughout Europe as one of the largest industry-specific institutes of its kind with worldwide monitoring of over 900 plastic products from more than 400 companies.

The SKZ is divided into four subsidiaries, and offers Rifeng the following services on a private basis:

• Testing and certification services for quality assurance of materials and finished products

• Training and further education of specialists and executives from industry

• Implementation of research and development projects

• Certification of management systems industrial Consulting

The SKZ offers Testing, quality assurance and certification of plastic products for Rifeng with B1(PE-Xb/AL/PE-Xb) and Pex pipes, and the approved standards respectively are SKZ HR 3.12 and SKZ HR 3.2. It has a test laboratory accredited by the DAkkS (German Accreditation Body GmbH) in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 and an inspection body of Type A accredited to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17020. It tests plastics and plastic products on the basis of their mechanical-technological, chemical-analytical, electrical, optical, thermal and climatic properties. Based on the stable cooperation with SKZ, Rifeng will continue the relationship related to the surveillance of piping systems in the field of inspection and certification.
