The decisive factor is that the installation cost of HDPPE pipe is much lower than that of steel pipe. In the field of floor heating pipelines, PP copolymers were mainly used in the past, but now they are turning to cross-linked HDPE (VPE), and especially inclined to use radiation cross-linking.
