The trip to Rifeng production base

Thailand is one of the key areas of RIFENG overseas market. It is known that Thailand has a strong real estate investment attraction and a mature construction industry. As the future generation of water supply piping system, PPR piping is an important construction material, which means that PPR piping has huge development potential in the industry.
RIFENG has been paying attention to the development of the piping market in Thailand for a long time. This year, after adequate market research and preparation, Rifeng made its first appearance on 2019 ARCHITECT in Bangkok. Recently, at the invitation of RIFENG Thailand Company, Thailand's well-known contractors, architectural designer companies, engineering consulting companies, commercial groups, around 20 people came to Foshan, China for the purpose of visiting the production base of RIFENG, investigating Rifeng's R&D, production, quality control abilities.

Guided by factory managers and RIFENG Thai consultant, visitors checked through the extrusion workshop, injection workshop, Brass processing workshop, etc. RIFENG presented its advanced production technology and modernized production management. Visitors also paid high attention to the imported raw material.

R&D and quality control capability are another focus of the Thai group. RIFENG QC system consists of internal inspection and external monitoring, where internal inspection includes three aspects—raw materials, on floor, finished products. Engineers introduced the quality control system and presented testing methods in front of visitors in the CNAS lab.
As to fulfill the introduction of PPR piping system, engineers also demonstrated PP-R installation, installation of multilayer piping system and PEX piping system, to give clear pictures about how they would work on site.
